Although coffee should be an essential item, with quarantine in place right now, many of us can't do our usual coffee stop. I have figured out how to make an amazing and healthy frozen cappuccino that you can make at home!
Recipe (makes 2 cups)
-12 oz cup coffee of your choice (I used Starbucks caramel blend)
-3 cups of ice
-1 cup almond milk
-3 tablespoons non-dairy creamer
-Coconut (or any non-dairy) Whipped cream
Step One: Place all items in blender and blend until combined
Step Two: Top with whipped cream
