Smoothie Bowls!

Smoothie Bowls are the perfect go-to breakfast food! They are delicious and refreshing especially during Spring and Summer!

Looking for a really healthy, yet delicious food? Smoothie bowls are just that! Playing around with different fruits and adding on different toppings makes it that much more differentiated and enjoyable, making them perfect for everyday Breakfast. Below I have 2 great recipes for different types of smoothie bowls, feel free to play around with the ingredient and mix things up as well! I'm sure many have seen this tasty food everywhere lately, so I want to help with creating an easy fast and deliberate method to the perfect smoothie bowl!










 

Aćai Smoothie Bowl

-1 pouch frozen Aćai Packet

-1 frozen banana

-1 cup of frozen berries

-1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) ----> less if you want a thicker consistency

-1 teaspoon honey

Blend and Top with specific preferences

(I enjoy granola and fresh berries!)


Tropical Smoothie Bowl

-1 cup frozen mangos

-1 frozen banana

-1/2 cup frozen pineapple/ peaches

-1/2 cup coconut water/milk

-1 teaspoon honey

Blend and Top with specific preferences

(For this recipe coconut shavings and fresh pineapple keep the tropical theme!)


Best smoothie bowls come out nice and creamy and thick to your preferences! So, the best method I have learned is to add little bits of liquid at a time until your preferred consistency.
